Playa del Carmen

About a month ago I had the privilege of going on a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Finally, my first real vacation to another country! I’ve wanted to visit this area for a while now and I’m glad an opportunity presented itself for me to go. I can’t even begin to describe how taxing the entire process was to actually get to my destination, but it was all well worth it once I arrived.

I stayed at a beautiful resort that sat right on the ocean with incredible views. Unfortunately, it rained pretty much everyday of the trip. There would be spurts of sun here and there, but the rained didn’t prevent much of anything other than a deep tan. Guess who was still in the pool and in the ocean while it was raining? Everyone.

My favorite part of the trip was walking around and exploring the area the resort was in as well as the food. Food in Mexico actually tastes like real food! It’s amazing. I ate endless tacos, fresh fruit, and delicious gelato.

In an effort to document more of the things that I get into, I decided for this trip to start recording footage. I wanted to create a visual of clips with original music to share as well as keep for myself to revisit in the future.  All month long I have been tirelessly teaching myself how to edit and create videos. I’m proud of what I have produced and I’m extremely thankful to ALL of my creative friends for giving me great feedback , letting me ask them millions of questions, and dealing with my indecisiveness. I wouldn’t have been able to piece this together and put it out there without you.
